Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring crew to provide fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel centers. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.35 per hour, with opportunities to move into other roles within our locations.

As part of the team, you’ll serve guests including professional drivers, commuters, and vacationers, maintain the store’s appearance, operate registers, manage inventory, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
