Job summary

Concord hotels is seeking a Restaurant Attendant / Busser to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll earn $11.00 per hour plus tips and provide friendly, attentive service to guests and patrons.

The role requires willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, the ability to handle fast-paced dining, and teamwork to ensure memorable guest experiences. Training is provided to develop service skills and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast casual dining or customer service preferred, with training provided.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
