Job summary

Marriott Phoenix Airport is looking for a friendly and energetic server to join our hotel restaurant team. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.

The role requires at least 2 years of server experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Micros experience is preferred, and hotel staff discounts apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of server experience required.
• Wine and alcohol experience a plus.
• Preferred Micros experience.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel policies and scheduling.
• Keep a neat appearance and wear the proper uniform and nametag.
• Deliver meals and beverages to guests according to standards.
• Coordinate orders with kitchen and bar staff and ensure order accuracy.
• Upsell menu items using knowledge of offerings and daily specials.
• Assist with opening and closing duties per checklist.
