Pilot Company is hiring at our travel centers to provide guests with fast, friendly, and clean service. You will manage and prep food, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have outstanding guest service, can handle sales transactions accurately, and work well within a team. Flexible availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Pilot Company processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Preferred: Experience in a similar position.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
