Pilot Company in Monteagle, TN is hiring entry-level team members for fast, friendly service at our travel center Wendy’s location. You’ll greet guests, take orders, keep the dining area clean, and help teammates provide a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include processing sales, managing inventory, preparing food safely, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant. A flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays may be required.
