TXB in Celeste, TX is seeking a Store Team Member to support the store management team with cash register tasks, customer service, and housekeeping. You'll help ensure a clean, welcoming environment and a smooth checkout experience for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions, balancing cash, and assisting with returns and exchanges. This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere with community-minded values.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Free work uniforms.
• Free fountain drinks up to 32 oz, while on the clock.
• Daily Pay Partner.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Assist customers with questions and price checks.
• Greet customers entering the store.
• Balance cash at the start and end of shift.
• Process returns and exchanges per store policy.
• Stock replenishment and product location assistance.
• Support store marketing programs and team goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
