Job summary

Smoothie King seeks purpose-driven Team Members to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by suggesting smoothies and retail products that support an active lifestyle.

Team Members will be passionate about the brand, eager to take on new challenges, and contribute to a healthy, energetic store culture with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to connect and communicate with guests and teammates with a guest-first attitude.
• Energetic and dynamic, excited about health and fitness.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Blends smoothies and prepares items following standards.
• Greet guests and engage to provide a friendly experience.
• Assist guests in selecting smoothies and products.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and store checklists.

We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

What our Team Members Do:

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Requirements:

• Team Member must be able to constantly operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Team Member must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
• Team Member must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Team Member must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• Team Member must be able to work various shifts per week, including nights and weekends and some holidays. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
• Team Member must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Team Member must have reliable transportation.
