Job summary

Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale is seeking a Service Lot Attendant to be the initial contact for arriving service customers, greeting them and checking them in for their appointment. You will move vehicles from the service drive to the shop and support the service team.

The role requires walking/standing for long periods, working outdoors, and a valid driver's license. Training is provided and safety procedures are followed to ensure a smooth, guest-centric experience at the dealership.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information at the customer’s vehicle.
• Assist the Service Advisor and maintain organization in the service drive.
• Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop safely.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote effective working relationships with dealership associates.
• Deliver active vehicle handoffs to encourage CSI-friendly visits.
• Readily assist fellow dealership personnel to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
• Work outdoors and stay on your feet for extended periods.
