Job summary

Gyu-Kaku Brookline is seeking a friendly Server to join our fast-paced dining team. The Server serves food and drinks following company standards, greets guests, takes orders, serves meals and beverages promptly, and operates the complete POS system.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of restaurant experience, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Good written and spoken communication, time management, and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers warmly and sincerely.
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Operates the complete POS system and other required software.
• Keeps work areas clean and ensures equipment and supplies are properly stored.
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
• Assists with seating guests and performs side-work and cleaning duties as needed.
