True Food Kitchen in West Chicago (IL) is inviting vibrant, authentic, and creative individuals to join our team as servers. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where guests feel at home, and to deliver true hospitality.

We offer AM/PM and mid-day shifts; part-time to 40 hours per person. Restaurant experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll train you and provide opportunities to grow within a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Assist wherever needed to keep service running.
