Beef 'O' Brady's in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Server to join our friendly team at 5510 4th Street Unit 280. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay, and a fun, fast-paced environment with a strong team culture and opportunities to grow.

As a server you will greet guests, take orders, be menu knowledgeable, present checks, and handle payments while following steps of service and food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
