Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Stands for extended periods and can lift up to 25 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual with attention to detail.
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, and other menu items according to recipes.
• Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep and dining areas.
• Stock ingredients, paper goods, beverages, and supplies.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate inventory using FIFO.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient operations and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
