Job summary

Subway® Team Member role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant. You will work with teammates to ensure smooth service.

No prior experience is required. Training provided; education can be minimal. Full Time/Part Time shifts vary by location, including day, evening and weekend options. This is a hands-on role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Physical: lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally; stand/walk entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience from start to finish.
• Prepare and serve fresh food daily.
• Uphold food safety standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
