ARK in Warner Robins is seeking friendly servers to create an enjoyable dining experience. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, take orders, and ensure meals are served on time while accommodating special requests.

The ideal candidate values guest satisfaction, communicates clearly with guests and coworkers, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior food service experience is welcome.

Formación

• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry.
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations.
• Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests.
• Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions.
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed.
• Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities.
