Wonder is hiring Team Members to help bring world-class menus to life. You will prepare items to Wonder standards, maintain clean stations, and assist guests with orders and payments.

The role emphasizes hospitality, food safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment at our Flatbush location. You will learn multiple roles, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and have routes for growth into Trainer or Supervisor positions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a full shift.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by state/local health dept.

Responsibilities

• Create menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans and portion accuracy.
• Greet guests and assist with orders, payments, and app usage.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities.
• Maintain high sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Restock cookware, utensils, and equipment; manage trash and recycling.
• Assist teammates and stay positive in a fast-paced environment.
