Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and hallways.
• Provide friendly and professional guest assistance.
• Report concerns to leadership to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Notify maintenance of equipment issues.
• Follow lost and found procedures and protect guest privacy.
• Identify and report hazards.
• Follow safety policies and standards.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties and special projects.
