• Support the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts.
• Learn and follow Wendy’s standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service — every guest, every time.
• Work as part of a 5‑Star team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things right.
• Help train new team members by showing them how to “Delight Every Customer.”
• Follow direction from Shift Managers and the General Manager and help make each shift better.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and fun work environment.
• Contribute to the restaurant’s success by helping drive great service, great food, and great guest satisfaction.
