Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you’ll work across front counter, kitchen, and dining area to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

This is a part-time, in-person position with flexible hours and opportunities to grow. You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare and package items, and assist with stocking and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact professionally with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and process payments.
• Prepare and package food and beverage items per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and restrooms.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for shifts.
