Job summary

Virgin Hotels Central Services Llc in Dallas, TX seeks a Part Time Commons Club Busperson to support the outlet’s food and beverage operation by bussing and resetting tables and running food and beverages. You will engage with guests and teammates, maintain a clean, hygienic work area, and contribute to a memorable guest experience while upholding hotel standards.

Flexibility, legal eligibility to work in the United States, High school or equivalent, and Food Service Handler Card with valid TIPS

Qualifications

• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to safety and health procedures and employee conduct.
• Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification that is currently valid for at least 6 months.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in a full-service hospitality establishment.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Buss tables and reset tables as directed by servers.
• Run food and beverages to guests.
• Engage with guests and coworkers in a polite, timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work area; stock supplies; polish cutlery/glassware; sanitize surfaces.
• Explain basic details of dishes and beverages at time of delivery.
