Einstein Bros. Bagels in Springfield, VA is seeking Team Members for the store at 8317 Old Keene Mill Rd. You will greet guests, uphold product quality, and assist with daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and opportunities for growth. Starting pay ranges from $11.00 to $17.60 per hour, plus benefits such as paid time off after 2 years and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early shifts; some shifts as early as 3am.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus.

Responsibilities
