Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
• CPR and First Aid training a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: greet customers and provide welcoming service at checkout
• Cash Handling & Register Operations: operate POS system, handle cash, receipts, refunds
• Store Presentation & Merchandising: stock shelves, maintain pricing and signage
• Food & Beverage Handling: prepare/maintain self-serve food and beverages, follow safety guidelines
• Maintenance, Cleanliness & Safety: keep facility clean, report safety hazards
• Additional Duties: assist with car wash operations and other duties as assigned by management
