Job summary

Pilotcompany in Utah is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain clean and welcoming guest areas across the travel center. You will clean showers, restrooms, and general store facilities, wash and manage towels, and perform basic maintenance to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work nights and weekends as needed, and be a team player committed to excellent guest service. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
