Nexgen Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our hotel team. You will maintain a clean, orderly environment for guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay and encouraging repeat visits.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, inspecting for quality, responding professionally to guest needs, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Candidates should be reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, etc.
• Inspect rooms to meet high hotel standards.
• Report damages to rooms.
• Respond to guest requests and/or complaints professionally.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
