Rosen Shingle Creek is seeking a part-time Golf Pro to manage cart staging and guest services. Responsibilities include maintaining the cart barn, staging carts for play and tournaments, assisting guests, and handling range upkeep. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs consistently and legal work status in the USA.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Florida driver's license. This position offers flexible hours within a hospitality-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lb consistently and 50 lb infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Performs cart detail tasks daily/weekly/monthly as required.
• Keeps cart barn organized, safe, and clean.
• Stages carts for regular play and tournaments.
• Follows procedures for valeting guest cars from arrival to departure.
• Handles maintenance of golf range and practice area, including range balls.
• Loads bags onto a guest's cart before the round.
• Assists guests as needed and ensures customer service.
• Cleans and unloads clubs at end of round.
• Disposes of trash and maintains clean carts and cart barn.
• Keeps supplies and amenities stocked and staged.
• Keeps lower patio areas clean and trash-free.
• Complies with drug-free and nicotine-free policy.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
