Job summary

Jason's Deli is seeking a Customer Service team member in a fast-paced deli in the United States. You will take orders, process payments, answer calls, and assist with hospitality needs to provide a positive guest experience.

The role requires basic English communication, reading/writing, and math skills, with on-the-job training for the aloha register system. A flexible schedule and tips are included.

Qualifications

• It is preferred the applicant be enrolled in high school or a GED program or have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of work experience is preferred if the applicant is not currently a student.
• The ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively is required.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and payments and answer the telephone.
• Take customers' food orders and assist with hospitality needs in the deli.
• Balance money and credit card transactions and operate the cash register.
