Job summary

Zaxbys is looking for a friendly Front of House Team Member to greet guests, take and enter orders, handle payments, and keep dining areas clean while delivering excellent service. You will learn the POS system and promote menu items in a fast-paced environment.

Positions can be part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling. No experience required; must be 16 or older; opportunities to advance and enjoy meal benefits and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders, handle payments, and operate cash registers.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest areas.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and upsell items.
• Greet guests promptly and thank them as they leave.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
