Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room.
• Clear, organize, and consolidate dirty dishes.
• Use pushcart to buss and transport dishes to dish pit.
• Restock supplies.
• Maintain busser station.
• Sweep and mop.
• Take out trash.
• Set up and break down.
• Be polite and friendly to guests.
