• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders.
• Handle tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and confidentiality of guest information.
• Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor.
• Ensure dining room setup before/after service; assist other departments during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
