Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles per policies.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and secure keys.
• Greet guests warmly and explain parking procedures and fees.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues calmly.
• Coordinate with team to ensure efficient service.
• Keep parking lot clean and organized; assist with directions.
