Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families and manage enrollments at our Austin location. You will support swim instructors, answer questions, and help parents schedule lessons while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, dependable, and comfortable on their feet. This role offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a team-focused, upbeat environment for kids and families.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
• Working a consistent schedule that includesevenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment

• Set shifts that includesevenings and weekends
• Great hours for students and part-timers
• Want extra hours or variety in your day? You will get priority for extra shifts if you are open to cross-training as a swim instructor!

Pay Range

USD $16.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
