Job summary

Jack in the Box is hiring a Team Member at its Hazelwood, MO location. You will help provide guests with an outstanding dining experience by delivering quality food, friendly service, and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• English communication is required.
• Able to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Ability to listen/understand guests orders, operate a cash register and read video monitors.
• Ability to listen to various pitches of sound throughout the shift with no issues.
• Ability to wear a headset for taking orders throughout the shift with no issues.
• Able to occasionally bend and/or twist at the waist, kneel and reach with no issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and follow grooming standards.
• Ensure timely, accurate order delivery and convey a sense of urgency.
• Follow all Company operation policies and procedures.
• Interact effectively with diverse groups of people and avoid biases.
• Perform multiple tasks as required (e.g., take out trash, clean restrooms).
