Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth and joy to every guest. You will support production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, and more, helping the bakery-cafe run smoothly.

This role emphasizes welcoming guests, assembling fresh meals, maintaining a clean environment, and adapting to daily priorities. Requires 16+, ability to lift 25 lbs, and flexible availability; food safety training and a Food Handler’s Card are

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age 16+ and be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make people smile.
• Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Card required by law and basic food safety understanding.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for designated areas within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay on the move – assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
