Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is hiring team members to support Arby's restaurants across our locations. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive dining experience by assisting customers, taking orders, and supporting front-of-house and kitchen operations.

Training on cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich preparation will be provided. We offer part-time and full-time shifts, with day, evening, and weekend availability; health insurance, PTO, and an employee rewards program.

Qualifications

• No formal education or software requirements stated.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive dining experience for guests as part of the restaurant team.
• Support cashiers, drive-thru, front of house, and kitchen as needed.
• Be trained on crew positions including cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich board.
