Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Kissimmee, FL is hiring Team Members to greet guests, prepare bagels and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll contribute to a positive guest experience, handle fast-paced service, and learn how our stores balance quality with work-life balance. Schedules are flexible and no evenings or nights are required at many locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel welcomed from the moment they walk in and promote a positive guest experience
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment
