Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in West Hartford is hiring Team Members to welcome guests and keep our store clean and fast-paced. As a Team Member you’ll contribute to a positive guest experience from the moment they walk in and help ensure quality beverages and food.

You’ll work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends. Starting hourly pay ranges from $14 to $21, with benefits after time, including paid time off after two years and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Retail, restaurant, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience from entry to exit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with food/beverage prep and service to ensure quality and speed.
