BIBIBOP is looking for energized Team Members to join our growing U.S. locations. You will greet guests, deliver Bibibop’s signature service, and support kitchen tasks in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+, authorized to work in the U.S., reliable, and able to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are emphasized, with a supportive team culture and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections.
• Ensure guests receive Bibibop’s signature service while multitasking efficiently.
• Follow and promote Bibibop’s vision, values, and standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Portion, prep, clean, and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Regularly sanitize workstations and operate kitchen equipment safely.
