Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking team members to join a fast-paced restaurant environment where customer service, teamwork, and efficiency are essential. You will help ensure quality products and a positive guest experience while performing various tasks across the shift.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and communicating clearly with customers and staff. 16+ with a friendly attitude is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ as stated in the posting.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Read order monitors and communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Demonstrate good manners, personal hygiene, a positive attitude, and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Communicates clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Greets guests as they enter the restaurant and initiates transactions.
• Maintains accurate cash drawer and completes customer transactions.
• Assembles and delivers orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area throughout the shift.
• Operates equipment and registers safely and correctly.
• Works as a team to ensure quality, service and value for customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
