Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and resolves customer issues
• Operates cash register and upsells to generate additional sales
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders
• Prepares and packages food and drinks
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior areas
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter)
• Maintains regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Resolves issues that arise in the restaurant
• Learns team effectiveness skills and collaborates to achieve goals
• Responds to guests' needs professionally and politely
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Is dependable and reliable
