Job summary

Wingstop in Minnesota is seeking energetic Team Members to prepare fresh food, assist guests, and maintain cleanliness across shifts. You will handle orders, cash, and teamwork to deliver the Wingstop experience.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
