Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Hinsdale, IL is seeking Team Members to welcome guests and uphold bagel quality with a smile. You will help deliver great guest experiences and ensure food and beverage quality in a clean, safe store.

Team Members enjoy flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and a balance between busy shifts and personal time, with many employees progressing toward leadership roles within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
