Panera Bread in Lexington, KY is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You will greet guests, prepare and assemble food, and keep the bakery-cafe running smoothly with warmth and efficiency.

This role is ideal for team players who adapt to a fast-paced setting, enjoy meaningful customer interactions, and want flexible scheduling with benefits including meals, tips, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for their areas within the bakery-cafe (production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Stay on the move and assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
