Job summary

Target in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader to deliver an exceptional guest experience and supervise a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff. You will drive daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure adherence to sales goals and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments and foster a guest-first culture.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching and performance management.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and drive sales and guest loyalty.
• Ensure staff stay informed on promotions, policies and safety standards.
• Support drive-up and pickup operations and maintain compliance with store procedures.
