Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring a Server Assistant to support waitstaff and ensure smooth service in our hospitality venues in Chicago. You will keep tables clean, water refilled, and service flowing to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs; previous hospitality experience preferred. A reliable, team-oriented attitude is highly valued in this role as we strive to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice (preferred).
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly.
• Refill water and assist with beverage service.
• Deliver bread, condiments, or side items as needed.
• Support servers with pre-bussing and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations.
• Communicate guest needs or issues to servers or supervisors.
