Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Fairfax is seeking team members to assist bartenders, cocktail staff and wait staff while keeping the dining area clean and ready for guests. The role supports fast, friendly service in a fun environment.

Flexible schedules help you balance school or other jobs. Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus but not required; you’ll learn on the job and join a team that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members.
• Must be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Responsible for bus stand cleanliness and stocking.
• Ensures wait stations remain clean.
• Remains attentive to guests, cleans tables, and assists team members as needed.
