Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure policy adherence and deliver a positive guest experience. The role focuses on coaching, POS operations, cash handling and maintaining store standards.

You will lead a team across shifts, greet guests, address inquiries, and ensure safety and cleanliness. This position offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment at Global Partners LP.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring all duties directed by management are performed.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash processes, including deposits and related transactions.
• Ensure store housekeeping functions are maintained (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping).
• Execute guest service programs 24/7 and maintain processes.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
