Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor at the Grand Junction DoubleTree by Hilton to assist the Guest Service Manager with supervising front desk staff, ensuring professional guest service, training, and daily operations. The role requires experience with reservations, check‑in/check‑out, and POS systems, plus excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Must have flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to read and write fluent English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions; knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Service Manager by supervising front office staff.
• Train and monitor front desk staff and manage guest service scores.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping for guest requests and room maintenance.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and post charges; manage room rates.
• Address special requests and group blockings; ensure timely reliability and grooming standards.
