Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn over sauna rooms quickly after guest departure and prep for next appointment.
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process.
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility.
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
• Support Sales Associates with sales and back-of-house tasks.
• Promote infrared sauna benefits and Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Explain the science behind infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy.
