Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate in West Des Moines, IA to help fulfill our mission, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." You will support sales and store operations with a friendly, engaged attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions at POS, keeping knowledge of promotions, assisting with merchandising, maintaining a clean, organized store, and following Buckle policies and ethics.

Qualifications

No prior experience or training required.
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
Complete guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
Monitor security risks and thefts and handle these situations as needed.
Assist in merchandising tasks like displays, fixtures and pricing transfers.
Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable at all times.
Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and store policies.
Contribute to guest service and teamwork; perform special projects as assigned.
