Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate in Florida to deliver a friendly guest experience, keep the store clean and stocked, and support operations at the register or self-checkout. The role offers part-time or full-time flexibility and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include delivering prompt service, suggesting add-ons, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store environment.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as required.
