Job summary

Kent Kwik in Texas is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, keep the store clean and stocked, and assist in merchandise handling. You will engage customers, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain a safe shopping environment.

This full-time role requires 18+ and a drug test; prior retail experience is preferred. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work flexible days including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and must pass a drug test.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store for customers during shopping.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Unloads merchandise from trucks, organizes merch, and transports from stockroom to sales floor.
• Stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in-store.
• Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
• Maintains awareness of customer activity to ensure safety and security.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
